GM Concepts

For the past few years we have been gathering up photographs of mid-1930s to early-1940s General Motors concept renderings that apparently were collected by GM designer, William L. Mitchell. GM confirmation has not been forthcoming, but the clues are obvious. Some are signed and dated. A list of confirmed and probable designers artists are:

::     Roy Brown ::     George A. Jergenson
::     Harley J. Earl ::     George Lawson
::     John Foster ::     Paul Meyer
::     Jon Hauser ::     William L. Mitchell
::     Frank Hershey ::     Joe Shemansky

There are probably some interesting stories behind all of these renderings and we would enjoy knowing more about them. Presumably all are the property of General Motors.
